1. Order Processing

Payment Verification: Orders are processed once your payment has been successfully accepted and verified.

Business Days: Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays (e.g., New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Labour Day, Day of German Unity, Christmas Day).

Order Cut-Off Time: To ensure timely processing, please place your order by 5:00 PM (CET/CEST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Information

To ensure our products are delivered to you efficiently, we partner with a trusted international fulfillment center. Your order will be processed and dispatched from their facility in China and shipped using reliable global carriers like FedEx and DHL.

To estimate when you will receive your order, please consider both the handling time (preparing your order for shipment) and the transit time (how long it takes the carrier to deliver it).

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Important Notes:

• Business Days: The term “business days” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in Germany.
• Delivery Estimates: The delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees. While we and our partners strive to meet these timeframes, actual delivery times may vary.
• Potential Delays: Once your package is with the shipping carrier, unforeseen delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs processing, or carrier operational issues. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Importer of Record: As all orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner in China, you, the customer, are the importer of record.

Responsibility for Fees: You are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes (Einfuhrumsatzsteuer), and brokerage fees that may be levied by German customs authorities upon the package’s arrival. These fees are not included in the product price or the shipping cost paid to TigerSweat.

Declaration: We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods on all packages.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the Federal Republic of Germany.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order payment is confirmed, please allow up to 1 business day for processing.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see this email in your primary inbox.

It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active. If tracking information isn’t immediately available, please allow some time for it to update.

If your order has surpassed the estimated arrival date, or if tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Address Errors: Inaccurate or missing information may delay your order. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

7. Special Orders & Customization

For personalized orders or items requiring modifications, additional processing time may be needed. We will communicate any significant extensions to the standard handling time.
