Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (e.g., PayPal), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary return guarantee for 30 days from receipt of the goods. With this return guarantee, you can also withdraw from the contract after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions for Voluntary Returns

• Items must be in their original, new condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• This voluntary policy does not apply to items that are defective or incorrect upon arrival; such cases are covered by your statutory warranty rights.

How to Initiate a Voluntary Return or Exchange

For a different size, color, or design, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund under this policy and placing a new order. All returns are subject to stock availability for the new order.

4. Ship Your Return: Once approved, ship the item to the address provided above. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for both the statutory 14-day withdrawal and our voluntary 30-day return policy.

However, if the return is necessary because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (a warranty claim), Tigersweat will cover the reasonable costs of return shipping. In such cases, we will provide further instructions upon approval of your claim.

Statutory Warranty Rights

Independently of the right of withdrawal and our voluntary return policy, your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. If an item is defective or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to your legal rights against us.

Refund Process
