Refund Policy

At TigerSweat, we offer refunds for eligible orders within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist you promptly.

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following conditions for refunds:


1. Wrong / Damaged / Faulty Items

We will provide a refund for cases where the item you received meets any of the following:

  • Wrong item, wrong material, wrong color, or wrong size compared to the product listed.

  • Item is torn, dirty, wet, or contains foreign fibers.

  • Visible printing defects: blurry, misplaced, peeling on arrival.

  • Print damage after the first wash.

📌 Timeframe: Must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number and customer information

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of the item + size tag/neck label

  • Photos clearly showing the defect

  • For multi-item orders: photos showing all items side by side

Once verified, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


2. Incorrect Size (Manufacturing Error Only)

We accept refund requests when:

  • The measurements differ by more than 1.5 inches (4 cm) from our size chart.

📌 Timeframe: Report within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order information

  • Photos of the size tag

  • Photos showing width and length measured with measuring tape

  • For multi-item orders: items displayed flat and side by side

Once verified, a full refund will be issued.


3. Lost Packages

We provide refunds if your order is lost during delivery.

Please check:

  • Your mailbox

  • Local post office

  • Neighbors

  • Security cameras (if available)

📌 If the carrier marks the package “Delivered” but you did not receive it, contact us within 30 days.

Required information:

  • Order number

  • Confirmed shipping address

  • Confirmation from your local post office that the package was not received

After verification, a full refund will be issued.


4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 4 hours after purchase.

After 4 hours, we cannot cancel or modify the order because it will already be in processing/production.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method upon successful cancellation.


5. Return Address

Customers must contact us before sending any returns so we can provide the correct return address and return authorization.

6. Refund Processing Time

Restocking fees 10% of the product price
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
